They are simple and clear, so let\u2019s stick to them.\n\nFREE\nThe stems available here are downloadable for free.\n\nREMIX ONLY\nYou are allowed to use the stems only to create your very own remix of the song Sant\u00e9. You cannot use them as loops or to sample Sant\u00e9 in a new track of yours.\n\nNOTHING ELSE\nThe stems may not be distributed as such, individually or grouped, and they may not be\nreleased as a track that could be confused with the original recording of Sant\u00e9 by Stromae.\n\nNON-COMMERCIAL ONLINE USE\nYour remix may only be released and streamed online, wherever and as long as you want, but\nwithout making money out of it, i.e. whether by asking people to pay for it, using a platform\nthat would ask people to pay for it or get revenues from the monetization of your remix\nstreams (the remix will be considered as a user-generated content of Sant\u00e9 where applicable).\nThese are just examples but you got the point : you cannot make money directly or indirectly\nfrom the uses your remix.\n\nWHAT ABOUT COMMERCIAL USES THOUGH?\nIf you want to make money out of your remix or reproduce it on tangible media (such as vinyl\nrecord for example) or if we would want to release it in commercial way, let\u2019s get in touch and\ntry to find a deal (if any).\n\nATTRIBUTION\nYour remix will have to feature Stromae as the primary artist and remain fully attributed to him.\nYour remix will be titled like this: \u00ab Stromae\u2019s Sant\u00e9 (<whatever you choose as a description>\nRemix \u00bb or \u00ab Stromae\u2019s Sant\u00e9 (<whatever you choose as a description> Rework \u00bb.\nYou may drop the accent on the \u00ab \u00e9 \u00bb if it is not available on your keyboard of if it is not\ncompatible with the platform where your remix will be streamed.\nSo your name or pseudo will only appear, if you so wish, in the <whatever you choose as a\ndescription> part of the remix title.\n\nCOPYRIGHT ETC\nThe master of your remix is yours (unless we would otherwise agree in case of a specific deal\nfor commercial use \u2014 see above) but the copyright and similar rights on the lyrics and\nunderlying composition of Sant\u00e9 are and remain the sole ownership of Stromae and the other\nrightsholders of the song for the entire world. So, you are not entitled to claim any copyright\nshare in or on the song Sant\u00e9 and\/or your remix, which is deemed to be a version of the\noriginal song for the purposes of copyright and similar laws.
